A few weeks in: Ctrl+V images into remote Claude Code sessions just work with herdr --remote, the agents panel shows which of my parallel sessions is waiting on me, and the one thing I still miss is iTerm's tmux -CC.
I Just Wanted to Paste a File Into My Terminal
A thirty-line zsh script I missed too much turned into a VS Code extension. Along the way: why every existing paste extension was running on the wrong computer, why navigator.clipboard.read() can't see Finder-copied files, and how one line of JSON fixed all of it.
